Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked, which typically arrives 2–3 working days after dispatch — so in most cases you can expect your order within 3–6 business days of placing it.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed at a weekend or on a bank holiday are processed from the next working day.
Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Times may vary during busy periods, in severe weather, or because of other circumstances outside our control.
Delivery costs
Delivery is charged by the weight of your order and is calculated automatically at checkout:
Orders over £30 are delivered free of charge. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — there is no code to enter. The £30 threshold is based on your order subtotal after any discounts and before delivery charges.
Tracking
Every order is sent tracked. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched. If you have not received a dispatch email within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder and then get in touch.
Delivery addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. We cannot change an address once a parcel has been dispatched, and we are not able to cover the cost of orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
Missing or delayed parcels
Royal Mail does not treat an item as lost until 10 working days after the due delivery date. If your parcel has not arrived within that period, contact us at hello@gripflexofficial.com with your order number and we will investigate and put it right.
